STEP 2 : Telephone the Booking Secretary on 07925 601932 to double check
that your selected date date/time is free and agree hire fees.

STEP 5 : Download a booking form for a one-off hire CLICK HERE

STEP 6 : Complete your booking form as agreed with the Booking Secretary
STEP 7 : Return completed booking form to the Booking Secretary either by
- taking a picture and emailing it to firstname.lastname@example.org or
- posting it directly via Royal Mail to 88 High Wych Road CM210HQ or
- dropping it in by hand to the above address
*Please note: All hirings must end by midnight at the latest.

A copy of our inventory will be made available to hirers upon request once a booking has been confirmed.
If you do not have access to the internet, please telephone our Booking Secretary to discuss your booking arrangements. A booking form will then to be posted to you.
